I am using scrap wood to stencil quotes for home décor. In sobriety I found I love home improvement projects and giving my home a rustic, charming feel makes me proud that we didn’t spend a lot on the décor. My girls and I love creating art. If interested we are selling them as well.
1. To start out, trim an old board or cut some old flooring
2. Find a stencil you like or search for the quote or words online
3. Print them or stencil on. If printing then transfer to the project by using a pencil to shade the letters on the back then trace.
4. Distress the wood in your color of choice, let dry
5. Apply the letters
