Anxiety and how we keep it controlled

I suffer my from anxiety and I have for a long time. Sometimes it is under control sometimes when many different situations arise that require my attention or input it roars its ugly head. The past 2 weeks I have had a lot. It causes me to feel light headed, hot, emotional, angry or just different. I have had panic attacks in my 20’s I thought they were gone but the past few years they are returning. Yes, meditation works some but I am not someone who remembers to meditate everyday. Yes, yoga helps but I cannot do yoga all day. Breathing helps a lot! Going for a high intensity run helps. The tough part is many people do not realize I cannot just take a pill I respond different to chemicals. So I am very careful what I put in my body. I journal, call and tell people, feel the uncomfortable feelings and hope they pass quickly. Sometimes I have to revisit the same situation over and over to see a solution or gain peace of mind. How do you manage anxiety?
